Carpet Steam cleaning
Stain pre-treatment prior to the carpet cleaning. Steam is used to loosen and remove any dirt, mold and bacteria from your carpets, whereas a dry clean only cleans the surface. There are many different types of steam carpet cleaning machines but we only use the best machines.
24 Hour water Flood Restoration / Air Blower Services
We extract all water From Affected Areas Using State of the art Extraction Machines. We spray the affected area with an antimicrobial (anti-mold treatment, stops it from growing). We spray the carpet with anti browning solution so the carpet does not discolor and to maintain its original state. We pile rake the anti browning and antimicrobial into the carpet using a profession carpet pile-raker. Then deodorize. Depending on the quantity of water, we might use dehumidifiers or a blower to Help Dry the carpet and underlay. Then we do the final clean Includes Deodorizing and sanitizing.

How long does it take to dry after steam cleaning?
In normal weather conditions you can walk on your carpets straight away if need be. It’s always best to wait around 4 to 6 hours though. To allow your carpets to completely dry thoroughly, it’s best to wait around 6 to 8 hours. But you can walk on them in as little as 46 hours without negative effects.
Do you move furniture?
We can move furniture that is light enough and easy to manoeuvre. However, we won’t move heavy TV cabinets or other large pieces of furniture that require two people to move it safely.
How long do I have to stay off carpets?
You can actually walk on your carpets straight away! It’s just not advised, and for optimal results it’s best to wait 4-6 hours before walking on them again. They will be completely dry in 6-8 hours depending on weather conditions.

All of our cleaning products are bio-free and completely safe.
Do I need to vacuum carpet beforehand?
If your carpets are excessively dirty, then it is best to vacuum before we perform steam cleaning. In most scenarios it is usually not required for you to vacuum before we clean your carpets.
